About KhmerLookup.

KhmerLookup gathers Cambodian reference data from trusted, official sources, data that is otherwise scattered across PDFs and spreadsheets, and puts it in one place you can search and browse in English and Khmer.

Today that means postal codes, administrative codes, the public holiday calendar, public service short codes, and phone prefixes. You can see the full list on the resources page.

Every dataset comes from the office that publishes it. Postal codes follow Prakas No. 77 of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. Administrative codes come from the NCDD Gazetteer. Public holidays come from the Office of the Council of Ministers. Short codes and phone prefixes come from the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia.

Each page names its source and links to it, so you can check any value against the original.

The data belongs to the institutions that publish it; the work here is making it usable. English and Khmer names sit side by side, every province, district, and commune has its own page, and search accepts either script or a code.

KhmerLookup is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the institutions whose data it presents. For anything with legal or official weight, confirm with the issuing office.
